Cons – No true file manager – you can’t zip/unzip files using its file manager and rather you will have to use SSH to do this, Support ticket system is not user-friendly, File manager doesn’t upload a file larger than 20MB and you requires a FTP software like FileZilla to upload large files.

Resource Test
In your hosting panel you can check if and how many times your hosting account was down because of CPU throttling.
