Gretel, which is a China-based company, has launched a feature-packed but pocket-friendly smartphone in the market. You can take it home by shelling out just $90. Now you know the price, you may not believe what is coming up: In terms of features and the design, Gretel’s phone gives Xiaomi Redmi 4X, which is costlier, a run for its money. Yes, it is absolutely true. Let’s have a look.
Gretel A6 and Redmi 4X, both, have a 5.5-inch HD IPS LCD display. Similarly the primary and the secondary cameras of both phones are 13MP and 5MP respectively.
Both devices come preloaded with Android 6 Marshmallow.
As for CPU, they have a different SoC. Gretel A6 uses a MediaTek ke MT6737 quad core 1.3GHz CPU. Redmi 4X, on the other hand, is dependent on a Snapdragon 435 octa core 1.4GHz CPU.
As far as memory i.e. storage space is concerned, Gretel A6 boasts a 16GB internal memory and with a microSD card, you can further expanded it up to 32 GB. Redmi 4X and Gretel A6, both are equipped with 2GB RAM.
Both devices have dual SIM support and similarly both have hybrid slot, which means that at a time you can insert either a SIM card or a T-Flash card into the slot.
Gretel A6 draws power from a 3000mAh battery, which is non-removable. On the other hand, Redmi 4X comes with a non-removable 4100 mAh battery.
